    Barrel Flex-moa does not match velocity

    I'm shooting a 308,26" w 1/12 twist,185 berger long range, .020 off lands, 43.5 varget, at 1000 yards it was spot on 10 and x ring, was up 34.5 min from 100 yard base line, temp around 80f,elavation around 1000 ft,humidity around 50%.     Looking for some loads,I have a 308 bolt gun,26" barrel,1 in 12 twist, using lapua brass and have these powders varget,2520,imr 4064 and r-15, the elevation around here is 1100-1200 feet
