338 RUM or rechamber to Edge?
I have a barrel coming that is chambered in 338 Rum. Guy had it put on his 700 and didnt like the recoil so he had a brake put on it and then didnt like the noise so he went back down to 300 Win. Anyone using CFE 223 in 30 cal reloads?
I loaded some 175gn SMK's for a factory Remington 30/06 over the weekend. I couldnt find a load in my books or online for it so I checked several loads that used CFE and Varget in a couple calibers and made some baseline charges from that.
