    Can someone please clarify for me how the skills stage settles a tie? Are the number of hits considered before the time used or is it purely time based?     Gunsmithing Is it a stock or a chassis?

    At what point does a chassis become a stock or vise versa? The new KRG Bravo looks good and they still call it a chassis not a stock. So what's the difference? I've generally considered a chassis to be all metal construction and somewhat "skeletonized". Not criticizing, just asking.
