    help w/ loading issue

    I have a Rem 700 SS R5 Milspec 24" bbl in .308. I dont have much experience with bolt action guns and I'm having a minor issue. i'm sure it's user error. After I fire, when I pull the bolt back, occasionally, it doesn't pick up a round as I slide the bolt back forward again. I'm guessing...
