I finally made it out to shoot a couple groups with my new rifle. I didn't pick the best of days at 20* and 15mph wind but it was fun. This was only my 3rd time out with a precision rifle and I'm happy with my results. I forgot my rear bag so I used a couple socks balled up on top of my fist...
I've been looking at these to replace my JP large profile compensator - for the sole purpose of getting any extra velocity I can from it (I have an 18" barrel).
Has anyone done any chrono testing before and after adding one of these?
Whats the consensus on the CA-10 and CF barrels in general?
I picked up a CA-10 and my friend was able to squeeze out a .317" group at 100 yards off a front sandbag. So the barrels are precise, but how do they hold up to heat, etc?
