Rifle Scopes Steel vs aluminum
Just wondering if mixing materials mattered. I know the contraction and expansion properties of each are very different when heated and cooled. Would mixing materials in rings and bases matter?- Rev2218

Nebraska long range shooting
Hope this isn't in the wrong section. I live in the tri-city area in Nebraska (Kearney, Hastings and G.I.). Can't find a place to shoot past 100 yards. Hodgdon h1000 in 308?
So, out of reloader15, I stop by the local cabelas and pick up some Hodgdon h1000(they were out of reloader15 also. I didn't keen to get the h1000, but now I'm stuck with it. Anyone have data for the 308 with this powder? I've looked everywhere and can't find anything.- Rev2218
