Rifle Scopes Major issue with point of impact !
Hello, It's been some time since i've posted here but some time ago i purchased a Savage Model 10 FLCP-K .308 rifle. To my surprise it had come with a base so i decided to leave it, i picked up a Nikon Monarch (3 i believe) going off rough memory 6-24 with the BDC reticle.Picked up the TPS 1"...- Mach1320

Rifle Scopes Is the factory mount any good ?
My savage model 10 FLCP-K came with a base which was unexpected. Just wondered if you guys think I should use it or pick up something better ? Thanks- Mach1320

Rifle Scopes 5-20x44 vs 6-24x50
Hows it goin guys. I ordered my savage flcp-k in .308 today. Have done some research and i see people seem to be quite happy with the nikon monarch 3. I see the 5-20x44 and a 6-24x50. I was leanibg towards the 6-24 but wondered if it was necessary. The later is $120 more which isnt a big deal...- Mach1320

Which Rifle Do I Pick ? Need Some Direction.
