    Mosin Nagant 24" barrel and target crown ?

    I want to have my Mosin Nagant barrel cut down to 24" and have a 11 degree target crown put on. I read online that this is a pretty nice set up for what I'm wanting to do. My question is my barrel is 28 and 3/4 inches long so when I cut it down to 24" should I actually make it 24 and 3/4 inches...
