    So many 6mm calibers to pick. Which one for PRS and why?

    I'd do the 6 BRX, or if you do not reload get the 6CM or the 6ARC. I myself still run a 243 with 95gr TMK at just over 3100FPS. But you need at least a 8 twist and my next one will be 7 twist.

    I shot this gun at Shot show a few years ago. It seems to be a nice gun. I think my only gripe was that the bolt would operate ruffly or snag of you had any other pressure on it other than straight forward or back. Any side pressure torque and it was not a smooth gun.

    I think i got duped.

    So why would you rebarrel? It's cheaper to rent a reamer and gauges and throat it out. Also looking on Remingtons website and it clearly says 223 and nothing about 5.56. Don't think you did your research, as remington doesn't make a 5.56 rifle right now according to their website.

    Well a simple google search will help you as there are two companies if memory serves correctly, one is Redsnake tactical. Also on the 223 version of the Tikka be warned that they have been short throated and will not shoot all ammo do to bullet ogive. So your need to do some hand reamer action...

    Well if you're going to build a big AR I think i would do a 243. Built one for a customer a while ago. When I shot it i could keep 20 rounds in an inch with factory 80gr blue box Federal. If you do the AR 15 size i think the new 6mm ARC has alot of promise.

    So dependent on budget look into the Vortex Strike eagle. This is an entry level PRS scope that shouldn't kill the budget. The Crossfire is worse than the Crossfire 2, but worst case scenario get the Diamondback Tactical. Just my opinion here on Vortex dont buy anything lower than a Diamondback...
