California is a FREE state. There is very little that the state will not let you do without a little time and effort on your part. If you need a suppressed .50 BMG to shoot exploding targets in your backyard then I guess you can't do that. You can own a .510 DTC and get your CCW with some money...- Poly

I never went back on my word and never will. It would be wrong of me to speak for those in northern California because my experience is mainly in the south.
