Looks awesome! I've painted some with a fishnet shirt. They look alright but I like this bigger netting. The flat clear coat is they key. I put about 5 or 6 coats on. Without it it just scratched off easily.
I like my vortex viper hst. Got it for 520. Tracks well and is pretty clear. Eye box is a little tight at 16x that's the only negative I've found so far. Good clicks on turrets and I'm really liking the mil mil setup. Would he want a fixed power? If so id get a swfa ss.
