Sounds like you need a piece of foam, of the type found inside gun cases. If you can't find a big enough piece to fill the stock and cut pockets into, you could use thinner layers and just stack them on top of each other using glue to hold them together.
That's definitely some good shooting. There's a lot to be said for getting a *lot* of practice. I've gone shooting in the mountains near here (Denver) exactly once, and the wind was crazy even at 100 yards. That is to say, I'm very impressed. Thank you for sharing.

Take a look at the edges. It looks like there was a crack there before it was reparkerized. That's something they should have caught when putting the rifle together. If they're still in business, they should cover it.

If an A2 stock isn't long enough, for example, you could get one of the...
An adjustable gas block can help when you're using light loads, which will of course reduce recoil. Don't discount the effectiveness of a good muzzle brake either. Beyond that, felt recoil can be minimized by having a stock that's properly fitted to the shooter. If you're planning on using an...
SamNavy: If you want a Maten Upper/Ambi-Lower set, RifleGear.com has the for around $400.

If your attitude toward sights is "set and forget" and you prefer to do everything (magazine changes and working the charging handle or bolt release) with your support hand, I'd go with an FAL.
It's also easier and cheaper to add optics to if you don't mind the non-traditional look of the DSA...
