    Feed the horses and they’ll come running every time you drive up and forever be in the way. We got plenty of livestock & horses and nothing more defeating than getting a range set up and animals mosey over. It was best said earlier, good fences makes good neighbors.

    From a strategic standpoint it might be wise to get the tract under contract (with an option period) before going to talk to the neighbors. Otherwise if they aren’t ok with your intentions they may get it bought before you do.

    It’s been a while since I chrono’d it but FWIW that’s what I got with 12.5” 6.8 suppressed/factory 120SST. Generally used at night inside 150 yds but on occasion enjoyed success on hogs/yotes out to 325 yds.

    I was going to recommend a Brimstone trigger job but just checked their website - looks like they have discontinued trigger work and only selling parts. So unless you want $$$pring for a Kidd then maybe a BX trigger? I also recommend the Titan stock (with a Spike cuz YOLO)
