    I'll second Liquid IV. It works for me. On the range all day in the sun I could really tell a difference in how I felt at the end of the day. Ive also used dill pickles and and pickle juice on ultra marathons for hydration and recovery.

    What is this?

    Could also be something like a ball bearing out of a ball mill or crusher. Ive seen some like that out of a mill that crushes coal for a power plant.
