    Good bad or indifferent... Just because (in this case) the republicans used a procedural trick to REDUCE the "tax" to zero means the democraps can use the exact same trick to make the "tax" any number they want when they're in power. Its all a game to them and we're just pawns bring used...

    In Indiana, I have a lifetime permit. Once its issued more than 5 years, it will still be valid but they'd still run the check. Of course that's if I understand the write-up.
