I originally designed this DBM back in 2009 with a greater focus on centerfire applications. Based on the core group of end users I was building rifles for; I developed the Preload Piston to capture the back of Accuracy International AICS Magazines between two points. This eliminated rattle and...

There's enough interest in the Lot Test Fixture (LTF)) that I'll move it into production, but I also received questions/feedback about the overall length. A number of you would like to see a bit more material forward of the recoil lug pocket to provide more surface for the vise to hold onto...

The only thing that will determine if all Rem 700 footprints will fit is the dimensions/depth of the recoil lug pocket. I can oversize it in the model without issue. MB

To be more specific, it accepts my DBM, which accepts a magazine, so one can feed from the magazine while lot testing. I'm designing a bushing plate right now to take the place of the DBM for those that wouldn't use a DBM. The bushing plate will also provide lateral support so one doesn't crush...

I was going through all the SolidWorks files that I've done over the years and ran across the Lapua Fixture that I designed at the request of my friend, Adam Braverman, for the Lapua test facilities. As one can see by the pictures, the barreled action is bolted into the fixture, and the assembly...

As I'm awaiting a bit of info on parts to complete the pricing structure, I'm working on tools; the first being the Three60 and Two Lug Receiver Wrenches. The bolt disassembly tool for the Three60 will be made by @chutinlead, along with a couple of other things I have in mind if deemed...

    DPG Action Update 5-19-25

For the record, I've never taken issue with Kenny's comments in the past, real or alleged, and I know the intent behind known remarks. I've also known @littlepod for a while, and he's always been a good Dude. Both are passionate and protective, and both have had my back. MB

Ok, thanks to the responses from my weekend mass email, I have a solid handle on per generation inventory levels. Not surprisingly, the greater number of actions out there is the Gen 3, Three60 Repeater. So that's where I'm building inventory first. I'm now going part by part in the SolidWorks...

Not a bad idea at all, but not necessary. The tip of the firing pin in a fully functional bolt assembly stops .010" shy of hitting the barrel breech, which is what makes it dry fire safe. MB

I prefer the vertical stack vs angled because the vertical has a single force vector vs two force vectors for the angled. Two force vectors require more spring, but there are some advantages to feeding protruding rim cartridges at an angle because the magazine is easier to load correctly. The...
