So i have a question for someone smarter than i am when it comes to rifle ballistics/prs. I recently ordered a 6mm barrel blank and was planning on either doing a 6 dasher or 6 creed with it, its going to be a prs rig based off of a rem 700. Anyways the question i have is, what am i gaining...

i swapped out the pst for the razor gen ii on mine and it was a night and day improvement! it went from barely holding 1.5" to under 0.5" on 5 different groups with factory ammo. Glad i tried that out before i sent it back or ditched it like i was planning! thanks for the advice on that one guys.

ive been having a similar problem with my 24" ctr. Tried almost every type of ammo i can get my hands on and still cant get it to hold an inch at a hundred. I'm gonna try cleaning it and put a different scope on it, but if it still doesn't shoot do you happen to have a number or email i can use...

shit i hope your right that would make this decision a hell of a lot easier. I guess i was always under the impression that barrel life was limited to around 2k to 2.5k, so what kind of barrel life should i be expecting? As far as factory ammo goes i think that was harder on my barrel than hand...

I am leaning toward the tikka/xlr element just because I know I'm comfortable behind it so the transition from rifle to rifle would be pretty easy. But my current round count is about 1300. I shot the majority of it using factory ammo (hornady eld-m), and the last 200 has been working up a load...
