    My personal opinion is a whole chickens are the easiest pit protein. Tgeyre skin wrapped to keep the moisture in, cook them to 165 in the breast and pull out of the pit. Always good, always moist, probably 2.5- 3 hours at 215-220 degrees.

    Id get a 640 something. I love my h50r, and spend the rest on a cheap scanner. Been hunting with alot of guys that stare into darkness 50% of the time because theyre tired of looking thru a rifle scope.

    Anyways to the OP. I've never found a pistol I like shooting more than a CZ. If its for range fun 1911 types fit my hand well, can't stand to hold a Glock, but Im a DA/SA guy so CZ is where its at.
