Coup De Grâce, New Action from American Rifle Company, $899 WOW!

There was a link to provide my FFL info in the order confirmation email I got from ARC. Came as soon as I ordered, if you guys missed it they're probably just tying up the loose ends now.

AR in 6.8 for small female??

A 10-12" AR pistol would be a great lightweight build. Just make sure you get a carbine length gas system. Super handy little guns.

    Foundation Stocks - Great service!

I ordered mine direct, but I know Impact Precision stocks them.

    Foundation Stocks - Great service!

I've been seeing so many bad news stories about poor customer, I thought it was worth mentioning the great experience I had with Foundation Stocks. I called them back in December and I discussed the stock options with John-Kyle who is a great guy and was extremely helpful. We decided on the...

    25 Creedmoor

Thanks, I saw the pictures and saw they all seemed to pass through and definitely did the job. I think I'm like a lot of people and am still split on what defines good terminal performance on game, weight retention and the ability to penetrate deeply / pass through, or fragmenting and...

Any recovered bullets from the animals? It would be interesting to see how / if they are holding together.

    Nucleus Orders

Trying to figure out my wait. For those of you receiving your actions what date did you order? I ordered through PVA, but supposedly they're getting their orders filled based on the order time, so I should be in line just like all of you.

Norma 6.5mm .264 Diameter 130 Grain Golden Target Bullets - Need Feedback

I had great results with the Norma 130g golden target and Norma MRP in my 6.5 Creedmoor. Most of my groups were 3 bullets touching during my load development. This bullet is the one used by Prime in their ammo.

    6.5 Creedmoor

I don't know, but I do have a few boxes of Prime ammo. I could pull one down and see what it looks like and weigh the Prime chage, but that's nothing definitive. It will have to wait though, I'm downrange for the next few months. I picked up the MRP due to my Quickload results and got...

I've got some good barrels to include Kreiger, Brux and Bartlein my Muellerworks barrel shoots right with them. I'll post my MRP load data for the 6.5 Creed on that page so no one gets confused here and accidentally uses the wrong data.

PVA Status Updates: Hancock Rifle & NUCLEUS Barreled Action

The BA buyers are not being treated in the same manner as the JHR buyers. Per the update PVA has 80 actions sitting ready and waiting for engraving at ARC, for JHR buyers. The BA buyers have to wait until their action comes up in production sequence with ARC based on the order date. My order...

PVA Status Updates: Hancock Rifle & NUCLEUS Barreled Action

I'm not worried, I'm going to go shoot my Bighorn TL-3 in 22 Creedmore. 80g at 3500 always makes me smile.

PVA Status Updates: Hancock Rifle & NUCLEUS Barreled Action

So for those of us that ordered barreled actions early (in my case Jan 21) when can we expect delivery, since now it seems we're behind the Hancock orders? I finally made it CONUS for a week of leave and was hoping I would have it by now, but I have plenty of other rifles to shoot so I'm not...

School me on 6 creedmoor vs 6.5 creedmoor for hunting/long range/PRS applications

6 creedmoor is new but there is going to be plenty of factory ammo soon enough. 6mm bore is definitely going to be flatter shooting and better for varmints. I'm a big fan of both bore sizes, and have a 6mm Rem, .243 AI, 6.5 Creed, 6.5 x 284, and now a 6 creed on order. Barrel life is...

    Hands on Origin/Nucleus at SHOT?

So, I would guess that the major diameter of the barrel tenon drives the dimensions of the components. I think Ted can confirm or deny that the middle component (the block with the cap screw threaded into it to provide the tension to the two side components) is the same regardless of the outer...
