Bore to case capacity ratio. Basically the same case volume, less volume in a 22 bore than a 243 bore. Over bore cartridges are harder on barrels.

I’m pretty sure SAC has a taper to the first part of their bushing. Basically it only fully sizes about half the neck. I don’t remember who, but think Wilson does the same thing. They say flip it over if you want more of the neck sized.

Gotcha. For some reason I thought you were using their complete die.

@drglock It could be a slight difference in neck tension between the two dies? The sizing could be slightly different resulting in a case capacity difference. I bet slight tweaking would result in groups of equal size. If not you could go back to the other sizer and live happily ever after.

What speed. How is case capacity and what brand case?

I’ve been waiting on a folder and a weight kit from AP before buying one. Still haven’t heard any rumblings of a weight kit.

Have you modded the cheek riser like the picture above?

This what I have said I would do if I bought a Solus Chassis! Do any parts fall out or get out of place when you pull the assembly out?

AFAIK .120" is SAAMI and anything different is a custom reamer order.

What powder was it? I thought it was MP 610 which is OSS, but their description now says it's a ball powder similar to StaBall.

I’m running RL23 in my 22GT. I will have to see about N550. Didn’t you buy a ton of “similar to N550” from some place too?

How is the temp stability of N550? RL16 is very temp stable.

That still looks modern 10 years later. Put some ARCA on it and it's GTG.
