    Ruined Brass?

I did some load development for my wife's 9mm yesterday. After getting home, I used a universal decapping die and tossed them into the tumbler with stainless steel media for a quick cleaning. Long story short, I fell asleep.. So they sat in there overnight. I usually only tumble for a few hours...

Great caliber! Usually overlooked and underrated. I did some reloading for this, using a Model 70 featherweight. It will make a hell of a mess out of a coyote... Berger 115 VLD H4831 SC (48.5 start - 54.3 max) WLR Primer Norma Brass This is all I have, not much. I tried accubonds, couldn't get...

    Best Lubricants for AR's?

Mil-Comm! A little bit goes a very long ways. They warn you not to over-lube. I put it on my fingers and rub down whatever needs to be lubed, wipe off excess. It bonds into the metal and will have a slight sheen. It's used on a couple aircraft guns, link provided below. It also has excellent...

    Maggie’s What's Your View II

The taste was dead on. I used 50/50 coarse sea salt and coarse pepper, then light dusting of onion and garlic powder. You can cut the flat or point with a fork. Not my best, but still good. Good flex off the flat. I froze half of it and sliced the rest up, doused with beef stock.

Where is the 8th Air Force when you Need them?

My dad was at FE Warren (Wyoming) 59-63 as a Air Police, Security Police these days. He met Gen LeMay once. He said the man had a presence and you knew he meant business before even saying a word. Basically, as a young airman he was scared shitless.

Maggie’s THE "NOM NOM NOM" THREAD

I've had one too many soju hangovers as a young GI. My Korean landlord at Kunsan used to wait for me to come home from work, "Just one shot..." That turned into several bottles and his wife would make us dinner... The last time I had it was when I was at Osan in 2001. I ended up sick as a dog...

Sam Gyup Sai: Thats phoenitically spelled. If you've been to Korea or a Korean BBQ joint, you've had this..more than likely--Korean Taco's. It's basically, unskinned pork belly or bacon that's not cured and thinly sliced. I had a smooth Belgian beer to wash it back. No soju, not for this guy, I...
