I’m sorry for the late response. I stopped messing with the 6.5x47 Lapua load there to work on the 6mm BR that I built. I’m most likely going to start over with it my next trip home. I have some N150 to test with it when I get back in as well.

I have tried R7.5’s with several different powders in several different cartridges. In my experience, R7.5’s work better with H4350 and H4895. Not saying that they don’t work with the powders, I just got better results with those two.

I’d hate to give that information out. That load is shot out of a well worn HH marksman barrel that is only used for hunting now. It was my first 6.5x47 barrel for competing in PRs. You will need to work up for your own safety. Probably start around 35 grains.

I turned a 6mm HawkHill blank into a Dasher a few weeks ago. I haven’t had much time to do a proper load work up yet put this is very promising! The green target is 109 BHLR behind RL15.5 and 450’s. Both loads with Alpha Virgin brass. The 109 load is 2730 fps. I don’t have a speed on the 108 BEH yet

My subs are with 208 Amaxes, cci 250 primers, Winchester Nickel plated brass and Trailboss. They are shot from a 16.5”, 1-8 twist Mullerworks barrel on a R700 Action. I get 1011 fps on average with a 17 fps SD.
