Had a great time on an elk hunt around Nye MT on the west fork of the stillwater. Dad, little brother and myself all shooting .270's for nostalgia's sake and went 2 for 3 on bull elk and threw in a nice little muley for fun.

Someone please school me on the benefits and detractions of each of these setups vs. each other and vs. a dedicated nv optic such as a D-760. Price not being a consideration in the choice what is the best way to go for 100-500 yds?
