Need a new bench rest
I’ve got an old Hoppe’s bench rest that I bought probably 40 yard ago. It’s pretty crude and made of aluminum to boot. New Barrel Break In
OK here's a question to anyone here. I have read several articles now dealing with a new barrel gaining velocity as it is being broken in. Some of the articles I have read said that a gain of 200 fps, or more, was gained, and also that the gun didn't group as well as it did for the first...- jimhs

Savage Model 10 FCP-SR
Thanks guy's. I found that a farm and industrial store here where I live has a Model 10 Ashbury in 6.5 Creedmoor for just over $1,000.00 I think I will buy it and live with it. Will let you folks know how it shoots, which I'm pretty sure is going to be very good. Jim- jimhs
