    Re: S.A.C SPS Tactical facelift 223AI Very nice. I picked up a sps tac in 308 6 mos ago, I thought it was going to be sub par to my other rem700s and so far I have not been correct. It shoots great! I would dump the stock though, that is the accuracy sucker in the sps platform.

    Re: how do you PT to stay in shape? Started the p90x to get back in shape. 10 mos later Im still doing it everyday. Great way to stay in shape. Also run three times a week, eat healthy, dont drink alcohol or smoke, and spend as much time hiking and kayaking as possible!
