    Spartan Precision Ultralight Hunting Rifle

NorCal. Bay area most of the time, but I shoot out at Sac Valley with the NCPPRC. I've gone out again for load testing, and confirmed that H4831SC is just too good to ignore. Still showing 1/4" at 100 yards. Time to stretch the legs a bit on the long range course.

    Spartan Precision Ultralight Hunting Rifle

Re: Spartan Precision Ultralight Hunting Rifle After six rounds of factory to zero the scope (that's really the extent of my "break in"), I settled in with some test loads with H4831SC and H4350. Timney or Jewell?

Re: Timney or Jewell? I have a Timney on my .204 AR. Works fine in the PD towns, 500 rounds on a dusty day - I'm not sure if that's precision or tactical - stayed crisp and consistent until the PDs gave up and hid underground. I have Jewells on a couple of my bolt guns, and they work well in...

    Stainless Steel Media Testimonials

Re: Stainless Steel Media Testimonials Pretty slick system... I just ran my first batch and I'll never go back. I am curious as to who thought this up in the first place, and how the concept came to them. It's just too clever and simple!

Re: 09 Nor Cal TBRC Results and AARs It was an incredible match, thanks to Vu and the crew. As has been mentioned, it was organized and run impeccably. From my standpoint as a new competitor, it was both humbling and educational -- I have so much to learn, and shooting alongside such a group...
