    No, I guess I should have mentioned that. I ordered an off the shelf reamer from Manson that has .140" freebore. .2735" neck. Loaded rounds measure .268" With the 90gr tgk it will barely stick in the case to touch the lands. The 95 berger is almost the same way. I seated them down to the neck...

    That's what I thought. 32gr of varget is pretty standard. I can't even get 2500 with a 108 without heavy bolt lift.

    What's a realistic expectation for velocity with 90-108gr bullets from a 22" dasher ? I've seen 2900's posted with 95's, and I know a guy personally that is getting 2700 with a 21" barrel and 108's.     Had a similar accident with a grinder and a buffing wheel one time. Buffing between some boiler tubes when it caught a tube and kicked smooth out of my hands impacting my hip bone and wadding me up in my tyvek. Smells of Q trust the plan hopium bs to me. The chimp ? And pictures.

    Valid point. One of the best factory ammo groups through my winmag had an es of 230 fps. 150gr core-lokt. Shot it for fodder during break in. Shot one hole at 100 yards.
