I couldn’t answer that question, hindsight, if I previously knew there were no replacement parts on the shelf, I would have taken $800 for it happily. That would have gotten me a new one for 1/2 the price.- Dragn’up

No, they didn’t want it sent back as there were no replacement parts for the Gen 1. I sent it to one of my electrical engineer nerds to see if he could trace the problem and possibly repair it.- Dragn’up

I had one replaced due to the lid warping. They told me it warped because it was tan and not the white one. “Tan is not good in the AZ heat” I was told. So the new white one did too. Fan boy? You can go fuck your self. I have RTIC, ORCA and Canyon coolers. It’s not about just ice retention. Suppressor mount stuck- good strap wrench suggestion ?
Make sure you heat the can and try not to heat the insert. The heat works by making the can threads expand away from the insert threads. If you heat the insert as you mentioned above, it will expand into the can threads and not come off without damage.- Dragn’up
