With half way decent gear and ammo I have never actually seen anyone NOT be able to get groups 1 moa or better. My son is 12.....he shoots 1/2 moa sometimes (when I can get him to focus). I don't think 1 moa is a very high bar.

My 223 bolt action is also threaded 5/8 24 and I use Keymo as well.
