Re: Tactical Knee & Elbow Pads What Nomad said. Woolrich Elite with neoprene (?) inserts. Provide adequate protection, stay in place, don't bind or cut circulation. I started wearing them when I'm pounding nails, too. Next best are volleyball knee pads, with a little 100 mph tape.
