Carbon Barrel cracked??
Wasn’t very impressed with how it shot compared to my other steel barrels. If it’s only a cosmetic issue then I couldn’t care less, and will put it back together and check to see if it improved any- LRTalley

Carbon Barrel cracked??
I have a Bartlein CF barrel chambered in 300 W.M. Sent it to be put in a cryogenic chamber to relieve any existing stress in barrel, upon unboxing I found the carbon cracked completely through in 2 separate spots. Also sent a Proof barrel chambered with same reamer to have the same process done...- LRTalley

Barrel Brand?
Going through blanks I ran across this 6MM blank, I believed it to be a rock creek. Got in touch with RCB today, and they said no barrel with that head stamp has ever left there shop. Anyone verify the maker? Thanks.- LRTalley

Gunsmithing Smokeless muzzleloader builders
I have 3 of Hankins smokeless muzzleloaders, And all of them shoot absolutely lights out. 300gr Pittman Aeromax with 103gr of H4895 averages 3040fps out of my hunting gun. Same rifle shot 4” 5 shot group at 750yds.- LRTalley
