I would suspect the rep that said 12" might have it wrong. I might contact them again for clarification. But Silencerco does have a lifetime warranty and it does say 10" in an official publication, so I would say send it. I doubt 1 or 2 inches will make much difference. That's what I tell my...- frer

I contacted Silencerco about barrel restrictions on an Omega 300 with 6.5 Grendel. I have one with an 11.5" barrel and another with a 12" barrel. They replied "We generally recommend 12 inches or greater for supersonic 6.5 Grendel with an Omega 300." But a couple of days ago I was looking at...- frer

Tag for replies. I bought a set of the small wheels a while back to use for 6.5 Grendel. Have not used them yet. I now am in the process of getting set up for 300 BO. DFW area, looking for a place to shoot
I usually go to B Tactical in Caddo Mills. They have steel at 300 and 400 yards. Also tac bays and of course 50 and 100 yard rifle plus a pistol bay. I think it is $25 day unless you are LEO , mil or a veteran. Then it's $20. A couple of bucks more if shooting steel. Tacs bays are hourly. ETTS...- frer

Why might Avg. Velocity change between reloading sessions?
You started with virgin brass which is going to be smallest internal volume that it will ever be. Then you fire formed it and increased the internal volume = lower pressure/lower velocity. Right? Or were both sessions with virgin brass?- frer
