Watch Out for Scammers!
We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
Fnally got everything put together and out to the range this week and it did not disappoint. I heard a lot of talk about Remington QC being way down but I wanted a traditional R700 action for my first bolt gun and thankfully mine shoots lights out, i'd say it's a half MOA gun based on the groups...
Couple problems with your argument, 1" is considered the standard in butt pads for stocks. 1/2" is a niche length for shooters with below average length arms. Also, it is way easier to cut a 1/2" off the butt pad with an every day jigsaw or sander than it is to completely remove the butt pad...
Thanks for the correction mechanic, Beckwith sounds like a very interesting guy. I'll have to look into Delta Force for sure. Just added Into Infamy to my Amazon list as well.
I would also add OP, make sure you like a chassis system before you buy if possible. I myself have found that I prefer a traditional stock as of late. It's a big investment and you dont want to be out a grand just to not like what you buy.
I really wanted that T4A in straight carbon but I was bummed it had a 1/2" recoil pad and not the standard 1". Just a customer suggestion but id love to see you guys order everything with a 1" standard pad and let people cut them down if they want a shorter LOP.
If you arent looking for a specific color/spec I have found a couple sites that have them in stock. Bullets.com and EuroOptic.com, i prefer Euro's customer service. They give a discount whenever I email them about products, Bullets doesnt even price match which bugs me.
I have heard the Gen 2 XR is extremely fine so be careful if you want something a little more thick. It might not be to your liking if youve always been a SFP guy.
As someone with a Vortex Razor and possibly looking to make a change, has anyone had durability issues with the Khales? I read someone who was talking about tracking/turret failures being an issue?
I personally dont see any issue with closing an eye when shooting long range. I understand the benefit of both eyes open when using carbines for the extra FOV thats necessary for CQB but at long range i dont see the benefit.
Anyone that goes out hunting and doesnt even know their rifle is zeroed deserves just as much criticism. I won't defend anybody that directly does something to cause a living being to suffer. With that said, every time someone sets a trap they know with 100% certainty that whatever they catch is...
A ton of guys started using MPA this year in PRS, I believe they were the second most used system by the pros only behind Manners stocks. If I were going to run a chassis it would be either MPA or Cadex because I think they look the best and of course thats the only thing that matters LOL
Im by no means a boot expert but I do a lot of hiking and decided to buy an expensive pair of boots last year. Went with Irish Setters and I have had no complaints. Ive done a ton of hiking in them, often below freezing, and my feet are always comfy and warm.
