Well for better or worse I pulled the trigger on a scope today. I ordered a Leupold VX-3 6.5-20x40mm EFR Target with the fine cross-hair 1/8 MOA dot reticle. Likely not the perfect choice, but I needed a compromise between the old small bore paper puncher in me and my precision trainer needs...

How about the Anschutz 64 MP R ? I found one at a killer price. About $100 over the CZ Precision Rifle. I think that's a bit more value then just a synthetic stock for an extra $100. As long as I'm considering spending nearly that much anyway... :-)
