Hello everyone. Pretty new to the precision world of rifles. I’ve been hunting and shooting for years, but have always wanted to go in this direction. Thanks in advance for all the info and “wisdom” that has been shared by everyone over life of these forums.
For what it’s worth, the Larue PredatOBR’s I bought shot .685” and .494” in 260 Rem and 223 Rem. Both purchased in the last nine months. I couldn’t be happier. Unless those numbers were .250” or better I guess.
I’ve bought four Larue MBTs during this rifle giveaway. Like you say they are well built and they break extremely crisp. Changing out all my triggers now also. Except the ones in my Larue rifles... lol
I just ordered a Larue PredatOBR in 260. I was wondering what grain “store bought” ammo someone could recommend as a good starting point. I’m extremely new to this game, but was thinking to try 130-143 grain ammo from Hornady, Prime and Gorilla and see what it likes. Once I receive the rifle...
