Im trying to make make the switch to better brass in 6.5 creedmoor and i am not liking the nosler i got. I would like to get lapua but all i can find is small primer. Can small primer brass be used in my bergara b14 hmr?
Sorry for the long wait guys we ended up getting the ca mesa two weeks ago we have shot it twice since then and we have had nothing but headaches. First we got a scope that would not hold zero store we got to from was happy to replace. The other scope they had was a display model all looked...
The proof switch is badass but definitely not in the budget right now No minds are made up on caliber so options are appreciated. Ultimate goal is a light weight mid recoil rifle! this would be her first time hunting and last think i want to do is put her off by lugging around a heavy rifle
I do reload for the creed her rifle runs around 2790 but wants a lighter rifle. Really i just think she wants another gun so ill use excuse to buy new toys!
The gun she liked was 1850. She already has a savage 110 in 6.5 creed. I know many people have had succsess taking bull elk with the creed but i would like to have that little extra confidence in the round
Good call didnt even think of it at the moment. I have read alot about the cartridge seem to suit the needs well just wondering if anyone has experience with it. And as far as the gun dont know if its worth the cost i am wondering if i could have my local shop build me a rifle for a similar price
Looking to get the wife a light weight mild recoiling rifle for elk we looked today and she fell in love with a christiansen ridgeline 6.5 prc. What does everyone think of this cartige and gun?
I actually looked at a few badland bags today seemed well put together but didnt look like there was an seperation from bag and where you packed your meat am i correct?
And to my understanding the exo does come with one? I also ready the kuiu had some problems in the past? What were the problems and have these been resolved?
That was my thought i just want to make sure the larger bag was still able to tighten up when not loaded down. Tight gear is light gear is always what i was told
