That's what I thought. What do you like better the 300N or 300WM? Mile High has 300 PRC barrels in-stock. Also why do you want a 300 PRC is you have the other two? Sorry for all questions, I'm in the same boat, so trying wrap my hear around the logic why. I think 300 PRC is a great round out...

You'd go 300 Norma over 300 PRC? Curries why? Also are those your rifles pictured? Are those 300 Norma? I've built a couple AXSR but only in 338LM so far.

300 Norma second choice but I shoot too many rounds for that stuff......

@TangoSierra916 Still on the fence with 300PRC or 300 Norma. I'm kinda waiting for the PRC. Issue is I have a 6.5CM AXSA. So thinking I should go for the 300 Norma. Just not fond of $4 a round, because I usually shoot 100 rounds a day when I do.

Cool rifle, only 10 rounds or so tough it in. Trying to "update" it a little and wanted to ballistic info for my BC. Cant find much info. Seems like everyone is pushing a 400g .408 round now.

Have an original low serial Cheytac 408 (first 20 made) and what I think is a case of the 408 419gr ammo. Where can I find the data to plug into my BC for this ammo? Need Drag model, BC, MV, etc....... Gun has 10 rounds though it so it's never really been shot. Also is everyone shooting 400g...

i'm leaning towards a 300 PRC for the price point vs the 300 Norma. Also shooting a mile only 2-3 times a year and 1200 yards and less 6 times a year.

@W54/XM-388 had mentioned 300PRC. Pretty interesting round. Anyone shooting it? How do you like it out to a mile?

Looks like its approx $5 a round for 300MN. VS $1,10 for 6.5CM and $2 for 300WM.....correct?
