Re: Monolithic Uppers Yeah when you run the numbers it is not that far off from a billet upper and a good quality FF handguard. I thought it was pretty cool that the Mega will accept both DPMS and Armalite pattern barrels.

I have been thinking about a monolithic upper like the ones coming out from Mega for my next AR build. I can see the advantages to this type of configuration, but are there any negatives? Thanks Jim

Anyone have any first hand experience with the VIO POV 1.5 camera? Looking to pick one up for skiing and other horsing around. They have a new 1080HD model coming out, but wondered how the image quality was on the std 1.5 model. Not sure I really need the 1080HD. Thanks Jim
