Re: Removing a stuck barrel? Heat that mother.....you wont get it hot enough with propane to do it any harm unless you camp out on it. Shouldnt take much anyway just make sure you heat the receiver all the way around. Had to do a Savage not long ago. They had evidently used some thread locker...

Re: 715 Yard Muzzleloader Kill Im gonna call BS on this one. Even stoked up to max with a 45cal saboted bullet theres still gonna be a 20-30 ft drop or more at that range. Plus I even doubt his scope would have enough elevation to even put him in the ballpark without a drastic MOA base on it...

Re: Hunting 308 round Like the man said. Buy whats on sale at wally world , line it up and squeeze it off. Where it hits is more important than what you hit it with.......and all the baseline ammo is capable.

Re: Cycling Issue with AR Yeah that part is ok I think. Just sounds like you have something binding or perhaps its not getting enough gas on the bolt to do its thing due to gas leakage or misalignment....Im no whiz on these things but do own 2 or 3 and manage to keep them all running. Maybe...

Re: Cycling Issue with AR Which buffer are you using in it? Carbine or rifle? Sounds like for whatever reason your bolt isnt cycling all the way back. If not it wont lock back on empty or go far enough back to pick up the next round.

Re: Show 'em This is a clone of the extremely rare Finnish m39 SOV sniper I built a couple years ago. I intended to keep it and compete in the CMP matches with it but the scope eye relief was all wrong for me and it weighed a freakin ton. I sold it soon after but it still was-is a nice weapon.
