    The eye relief is very forgiving so if you get a good sight picture you are GTG. Run the adjustment in and out a full cycle and it will be smother but it is designed to not easily move once set. Yes ACSS Gemini bullet drop is designed for 9mm round

    Take your time to adjust the diopter against a light solid color background. Once you get the reticle clear you should be very close to 1X and it should be very easy to shoot both eye open

    Sorry! Manual should be clearer. If you don't have enough elevation to zero you are either bottomed out or do need to adjust to give you more elevation. PM a phone number and I will walk you through it.

    I will get one pulled and weighed. Also very easy to run with both eyes open and eye relief is very forgiving. The added advantage is you have a reticle if the battery dies.

    You have more than one rotation. You need to disengage the stop at zero internally while you zero not just press the button. Do that with the cap off. I will make sure to get a training on this for the people answering the phones. Sorry you did not get the help you deserve.
