I see that all of the one piece mounts for ar's are around 1.5" I understand that they are made to go over a buis but I dont really need one and it seems that 1.25" is about right for leupold 36mm, nightforce 32mm and other scopes. Regular rings work but the eye relief doesn't seem optimal...

After reading through Lindy's paper I copied these formulas from it to make it easier for me to figure manually. I printed them about 4x6 in size and had them laminated. Why can I full length resize my brass and it still be a pretty "snug" fit, but after firing brass seems to be right. I know the brass is fireforming to the chamber, but shouldn't the resizing die bump it back even more. I'm using lee dies which I haven't really been happy with but got to use...

looking for load data for m96. Amax's shoot great but i have a bunch of the 690 ball round, winchester primed brass and h50 powder . I haven't been able to find a load that the rifle really likes even in military ball expected accuracy. Thanks for any help
