I too am looking for thoughts on this spotting scope.

Guys I'm trying to come up with a good IFAK kit. Where do I start? I don't want anything that recommends that I be certified to use it. Just basic first aid. I don't want to start an I.V. or do surgery in the field, but I want to be prepared. Any ideas? Thank in advance.

Re: New Member with bullet question Oddly enough you have ran out of bullet. Try 155, 155.5 and 175 grain bullets. These guys get out to 1000 yards. Are you getting enough fps out of your short barrel? Watch for signs of pressure but with a short barrel you will need to go up .2 to .3 grains...

Re: Scope under $500 to shoot 600 yards 308 Win +1 on the Konus M30. I have one on my 308 SPS tactical. Shot it at 600 yards this passed Wednesday and the scope works mighty fine. Crisp clicks on the turrets and very clear.

A friend of mine has a sporting camp that is 690 acres and has a shooting range where one could shoot out to 1200yards. Could it be possible to run a sniper's challenge there? How?
