Some one needs to design the show way better. My opinion Nancy Polisi or Michelle Obama set up the challenges.

My old man has a nice M1A and love it to death.
With that said, I would prefer an AR-10. It is easier to work on clean and he could buy multiple uppers and have all sorts of choices with calibers to use.
