    Re: Wilson or Les Baer 1911? For carry I really like my Wilson KZ9 (its very light with the poly frame), in a 45 I prefer a NHC GRP II for carry and a LB Xtreme tacical for IDPA.

    Re: Benelli MR1 I saw one at the local gun store here. I could not release the magazine without moving my strong hand off the pistol grip and the barrel was not threaded. I like an AR better.

    Re: Sig p228r They are Ameriglo sights, and they make holsters a challenge. I have a local guy here who makes holsters, I do not think a off the shelf one would work. The sights are a little low with 147gr AE ammo (all that I have tried so far).

    Re: Sig p228r I'm new here (researching bolt gun stuff) but I can tell you a P228 is a excellent suppressor host. I have a Barsto barrel on mine and Ameriglo sights. The can is a SWR Shadow9.
