    Magnum Research Magnumlite rifles?

Anyone running one of these in 22LR? I was just starting to look for a stainless donor 10/22 action to put together a liteweight practice rifle. When I look at the price of the carbon barrel, stock, and action parts, I will probably be more $ than one of the 4# Magnum research rifles out of...

Movie Theater America's "Top Shot" on History channel

Re: America's "Top Shot" on History channel I actually enjoyed the show. 100 yard shot with irons and no spotter is gonna be tough. Knowing Mike Seeklander, I really felt for him, but he got schooled in the shootoff. I felt like Mike and his spotter should have been in the shootoff since...

Photos Our Home away from Home

Re: Our Home away from Home These toterhomes are more industrial than a regular motorhome. That is probably the reason for the bigger genset. They are typically used to tow bigger toys like race boats, cars and the such. The bigger genset would be to power external lights, tools, etc. I...

Rifle Scopes ?????? about a NF

Re: ?????? about a NF The R is for ranging and also the setting for your other reticle calculations. If you are going to be using the reticle marks(moa or mil) for your drops instead of clicking, then you would want to have the maginification set on the R for the marks to work out. Randy

Rifle Scopes Mark 4 CQ/T, awesome scope

Re: Mark 4 CQ/T, awesome scope I had one, but traded it. I had laser eye surgery, and my eyes strugle to make the orange circle crisp. The glass was phenominally clear, and the scope is built like a tank. If it had a good BDC in it that wan non ilum, I would still own mine

Gunsmithing Small Sandblasting Gun Needed - Recommendations

Re: Small Sandblasting Gun Needed - Recommendations What kind of tank volume do you have. If you have a 20gallon or so tank, that will give you some draw down befor you run out of air. You could probably get something like the Speed Blaster siphon fed gun that would run for 10-20 seconds on...

Best Die Set to buy for 308 reloading???

Re: Best Die Set to buy for 308 reloading??? Can't go wrong with the redding dies. I use them for 300 win mag, 308, and 223wssm. Bushing neck size is fine if you are reloading brass shot in 1 rifle. If you are shooting brass from more than 1 rifle or for more than 1, you will probably want...

RL550B Dillon press for .308 and 175 gr sierra mk

Re: RL550B Dillon press for .308 and 175 gr sierra The only issue with loading on a progressive press is powder drop accuracy. The ability to drop exact charges every time is related to the powder and the size of the charge. Call Dillon and tell them what powder charge, and the powder, and...

Re: 190 and 210 Berger Loads for a .300 WM I am loading the Berger 210 at 80.1gr h1000. Fed 215m primers. Winchester brass. I did not notice any difference between the regular and moly. I am getting 2980fps out of that load. I do not have my C.O.L in front of me, but I am loading them...

    deforming .45 ACP cases w/550b

Re: deforming .45 ACP cases w/550b +1 on the lee factory crimp. It has a carbide resizer in it. Just run the crimp down until you get a very slight crimp right at the end of the case. Most reloading problems on 45acp come on autoloaders. I do not think I have ever had a problem with any...
