Has anybody compared the Thor 336 to the Thor 320? I've viewed through a 640 3x, 320 2x, and 320 1x in the field. The 320 2x has enough detection range for me and I like the wide field-of-view. But the factory specs make the 336 1.5x seem better for the money. Also, the price...

Any suggestions for a filter to dim the bloom on my LDI ITAL Class 1 IR laser? 35mm undeveloped film is too dark. 35mm negative is too bright. Two pieces of negative is a little too bright and the dot is distorted.

I'm wanting a QD 5.56 silencer that will have a little less noise and flash than my Tornado Stubby/Delta P Brevis 7.62 silencer on a 16" AR. I like the length and weight of the Mini-4. Does anybody know how it will compare to the Brevis 7.62? Any other recommendations?

I want to mount a PVS-14 or D740 on a Ruger 77/44. Is the Warne picatinny rail a good base for this? Is there anything that sits any lower?

The set screws holding the turret knobs on my 2-month old SWFA SS 10x42 scope are loosening from recoil. My first thought is to use medium-strength loc-tite on the screws. Is there any problem with that, or does anybody have a better solution (aside from buying a USO 10x ?

I finally got an AI .223 magazine for my Stevens 200, .223 in a McRee stock. The bolt would not come back far enough to pick up a round from the mag. The solution was to replace the front baffle on the bolt with a .308 front baffle, which lets the bolt come back further. I would think that...
