We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
Haha, I haven’t bothered to use those group measuring photo apps. Probably a better way to do it, but I’m used to bringing the calipers and snapping a photo. So impressed with this rifle. Have had more than a few customs over the last 15 years. The AT doesn’t necessarily shoot smaller groups...
First time stretching the AT. Beautiful day in the desert on Labor Day. Target with the gloves was at 1051 yards while the other was at 1282 yards. 6.5 Creed and 140 ELDM’s. Couldn’t be happier.
Sheesh... Well shiite. Thanks for the heads up. Luckily I live in a desert, not much mud, but with this winter there's going to be plenty of it around here in the N. Nevada area for a while.
I'm running BFG KO2's. I'm gonna try airing down. Been trying to get out and shoot my AI for over a month now. Too much snow/ice/mud in certain spots. Airing down just might be the answer.
How do you not get stuck with that much snow on the ground? Must have dual-lockers cause I’ve got an old XJ that I’ve been mobbing around with open-diffs and if the snow gets too deep you’re in trouble.
Thanks. Appreciate the insight. I’ve always used gun-oil products but there’s no question the automotive industry has done way more development on their lubricants than the gun industry ever will. I use fuel injector cleaner (Sea Foam) for cleaning barrels/bolts etc… might as well try...
Transmissions don't see any carbon build up though, is the consensus that it's superior to Mobil-1 in that regard or just generally superior? PS - I've had really good luck with Fire Clean in all my rifles, especially the suppressed, DI M4/AR15 platforms. You guys saying I'll have better luck...
I read in another thread that AINA recommends running the action, bolt and firing pin completely dry and free of lubrication. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.
anyone point me to another vendor for the Anarchy Outdoors thumbrest? They're out of stock for the AT right-hand version. That's the last thing I'll need to complete this thing and I want it NOW!!!! :ROFLMAO:
That sounds like quite the discovery. Well at least it was user error and not some legit problem with your equipment that couldn’t readily be fixed. See the positive! 😁
First time taking out the AT. My son getting some time behind it. That first tiny group was 3-shots, rounds 5,6 & 7 on that brand new barrel. The larger 5-shot group was fired about 20 rds later. No barrel break-in either. Not even tuned loads, just grabbed what reloads I had for my...
