USO are great optics, but out of budget for this build. I have an SN3 on my bolt gun. I've looked at eotech, but have mixed reviews. A red dot is probably what I'll go with.

I will have my AR battle rifle in a couple weeks after it is completed and am begining the hunt for a good optic. My budget is around $400. Thanks in advance for the input.

Re: Lyman 1200 DPS 3 issues!!! I took my cell phone back in the house, turned off the radio and made sure there were no drafts. I ended up setting it for 43.7 and just trickling to 44gr. That is the only way it will work. using the auto setting is out of the question.

Re: First Shot Flyers the bedding could be the issue, check to make sure that your barrel is freefloating and not touching the stock on either the left or right side. Also make sure your scope base and rings are tight.

Re: Surgeon / KMW It took about 8 months (while I was on deployment), basically had the action and barrel ready to go, but the stock took quit some to get delivered, but it was well worth the wait. I got it delivered after I got back from Afghan in November this year.
