Is anyone making a seating plate, similar to what is available for the Zero Press, but that works in place of a conventional shell-holder on most standard presses?

I want to upgrade my membership, but in the process, payment methods don’t give the option of paying out of my PayPal balance, only accounts linked to a card or directly to my bank account. Is there a way to pay out of my balance instead of a direct banking link?
