What's the deal with these Hungarian made scopes? I see them for sale at a substantially lower price point than their German made models. Are they made from the same quality parts? Are they of the same quality or watered down version of the real S&B?

I would like to put a multi purpose rifle/base package together. Sako A-7 is promising on the accuracy department, handles well. Best feature is the already drilled receiver. Does anyone manufacture such a thing?
