It's a match gun, the AX and AT rifles don't really lend themselves well to barricades and other ergonomics for match shooting as the barrel axis is all wrong compared to most stocks/chassis systems. Left handed bolt action ar10 .308
Erm, nothing about any of those guns has anything to do with an AR, and none of the parts are modular like and AR. Typically a bolt-action gun isn't something you assemble yourself like an AR. Not sure if Ruger makes a left-handed RPR but they can take AICS and AR style mags, so you could go...- Jakerz

Ordered a thumb rest and lower cheekpiece from Anarchy Sunday, should be here Saturday. The rings I have on my Razer Gen I are to lower for the high rail and the factory rest, which sucks 'cause I don't wanna buy 35mm rings to use the scope for a few months lol. Well, I got a lot done today! lol. Debonded my AT and installed it and the AX buttstock, also picked up a GTAC grip conversion, which is awesome I might add. Gonna get some decent pics when I get some time off and get home before it's dark lol Jake- Jakerz

So I my Obsession Chassis and GTAC Grip Conversion installed on my AT today and took a few pics for those who are interested. As stated by a few others, the Ergo Zero grip doesn't really work, there is hardly any room for your middle finger unless you took a dremel to the trigger guard...- Jakerz

AI AX308 Grip mods?
Just got mine today, still need to debond my AT and glue it into my AO Chassis and I’ll be set, gonna try and knock it out this weekend! Kit looks great though, I’ve got an Ergo Zero Degree and the MDT adjustable grip to try out, as well as my old Ergo off one of my AR’s. Jake- Jakerz

I mean, yeah it would be cheaper, but you still have the same problem the AI has from the factory in that some people will like it and some won't, this grip lets you put any AR grip on the gun so it caters to everyone. It is kind of expensive but if it fixes the one thing you don't really like...- Jakerz

Does custom action make this much difference?
Its 100% features on a custom action over a factory one, like prefit barrels on the Terminus and Impact are really nice but you're not going to gain any accuracy as long as the factory action was trued and barreled by someone competent. Look at Tac Ops Rifles, they're built off Remington 700...- Jakerz
